آي سي هاي سري SCA61T سنسور زاويه سنج يك محوري و مبتني بر تكنولوژي 3D-MEMS هستند كه براي استفاده در سيستمهاي زاويه سنجي و تراز كاربرد دارند. اين سري از محصولات شركت VTI Tech در برابر تغييرات دمايي پايداري بالايي داشته و با سنسور دمايي داخلي خود تغييرات دمايي را جبرانسازي ميكنند.
