The Arduino Nano MP3 Board is an add-on module which allows you to play MP3 files using the Arduino Nano USB Microcontroller v3. It includes breadboard friendliness for quick prototyping. It comes with the audio amplifier, volume control and on-board speaker. To play your tunes you'll need a MicroSD card with MP3 files. Or you can plug in a pair of speakers or headphones with a 3.5mm jack for the stereo output. The board automatically shuts off the on-board speaker once it detects the external speaker. This module is based on the VS1053B MP3 decoder IC. This IC is also capable of decoding Ogg Vorbis, AAC, WMA and MIDI.
